摘要
为了能够有效控制ZC1蜗轮副的齿面初始接触区,采用微分几何和齿轮啮合理论的原理,在理论和实践上解决了大型轧钢机压下装置ZC1蜗轮副初始接触区的可控修形问题。介绍了曲率调整修形方法,以及在垂直和非垂直加工蜗轮时的应用。
In order to control the initial contact area on the tooth surface of the worm gear pair the principle of differential geometry and gearing mesh, was used to condition the gear surface in the screw down device of large rolling mills. The method of adjusting curvature on the tooth surface of worm wheel and it's application to vertical and nonvertical processing ot worm gear are introduced.
