BiPAP呼吸机治疗高血压合并急性左心衰竭临床观察

The Efficacy of Nasal (Facia1) Mask Bi-level Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation (BiPAP) in Patients with Acute Left Heart Failure associated with Hypertension

目的:观察BiPAP呼吸机治疗高血压合并急性左心衰竭的疗效。方法:回顾性分析高血压合并急性左心衰竭患者经常规治疗无效时加用经鼻(面)罩双水平气道正压通气治疗58例的临床资料。结果:58例患者治疗后心率、血压及动脉血气等指标明显改善(P<0.05或P<0.01),患者病情明显好转,有效率100%。结论:应用BiPAP呼吸机治疗高血压合并急性左心衰竭安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of nasal （facial） mask Bi-level positive airway pressure ventilation （BiPAP） in patients with acute left heart failure associated with hypertension. Methods： The data of 58 patients treated by nasal （facial） BiPAP when the conventional treatment was not effective were analyzed retrospectively. Results： The heart rate, blood pressure, arterial blood gas and clinical symptoms of 58 patients had been improved significantly（P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01）. The efficacy was 100%. Conclusion： Using BiPAP mechanical ventilation for acute left heart failure associated with hypertension is safe and effective.
