结肠黑变病临床分析及与结肠息肉的关系研究

Clinical Analysis on Melanosis Coli and Relationship with Colorectal Polyps

目的:探讨结肠黑变病的病因、发病特点,及其与结肠息肉的关系。方法:对35例MC患者的临床资料、镜下表现和病理检查结果进行回顾性分析;同时统计同期非MC患者结肠息肉检出率及癌变率。结果:35例MC患者均有便秘史,其中有明确服泻药史者30例;5例发生炎性息肉,3例管状腺瘤,1例绒毛状腺瘤,其中2例癌变。结论:便秘和服用泻药是导致MC发生的重要因素;MC与结肠息肉、结肠癌的发生无统计学意义上的相关性。

Objective：To evaluate the risk factor for Melanosis coli. To investigate the relationship between Melanosis coli and colonic polyps. Methods： 35 patients with Melanosis coli diagnosed by endoscopy and histopathological exam ination were retrospectived analyzed on their history of constipation, laxatives use. Results： All the cases had constipation and 30cases had history of laxatives use 4 cases had colorectal adenomas with 2 of which had carcinoma. Conclusion： Melanosis coli is mainly related with constipation and abuse of laxatives and but were not significant risk factors for the development of colorectal polyps or colorectal carcinomas.
