皮肌炎35例死亡原因分析

Analysis of Cause of Death in 35 Patients with Dermatomyositis

目的:分析住院皮肌炎患者的主要死亡原因。方法:回顾性分析487例住院皮肌炎患者中的35例死者的临床特点及死亡原因。结果:皮肌炎的病死率为7.2%,诊断后1年内死亡的患者明显多于其他存活期组,P<0.01。肺部感染是皮肌炎患者的最主要死亡原因,占45.7%,死于恶性肿瘤及心脏受累分别占17.1%及14.2%。结论:皮肌炎患者的最主要死亡原因是肺部感染,死亡多发生在诊断后的1年内。

Objective： To analysis the main cause of death in a cohort of inpatients with dermatomyositis. Methods： The clinical features and cause of death of 35 patients died in a cohort of 487 inpatients with dermatomyositis were analysis retrospectively. Results： The mortality rate of dermatomyositis was 7.2%, the patients died within the first one year after diagnosis were significantly more than that in other groups ,P 〈 0.01. Pulmonary infection was the most common cause of death occurring in 16 patients （45.7%）, followed by malignant tumor （17.1%） and cardiac involvement （14.2%）. Conclusions： The most common cause of death of dermatomyositis was pulmonary infection, most of patients died within the first one year after diagnosis.
