摘要
通过对传统新产品开发流程的研究,分析其存在的问题。提出以设计风险决策漏斗理论和设计效果心理评价为导向的并行工程实施,以达到缩短新产品开发周期、快速响应市场、降低设计风险的目的。并将商品设计纳入并行工程体系中,为新产品的准确定位、快速上市提供了更快更有力的支持。
Through the study on traditional new product development procedure, analyze its existing problem and propose the concurrent engineering conducted by design risk decision management funnel theory of design result psychology appraising theory, in order to shorten development period of new products, respond market rapidly and reduce design risk. And bring marketing into concurrent engineering system, effectively offering accurate localization and fast coming into the market for new products.
