摘要
采用725—730℃的低温淬火,使42CrMo钢形成少量的部分马氏体和铁素体的混合组织,增加二相的硬度差,从而提高其切削性能。
Use the method of low temperature hardening of 725 - 730 ℃, bring the mixed structure of partial martensite and ferrite on 42CrMo steel , increase the hardness diference of both phase , heighen accordinly its machinability.
