摘要
通过比较汽车渗碳齿轮毛坯经普通正火和利用锻造余热进行等温正火对齿轮毛坯的组织、硬度及渗碳淬火变形等的影响,确定了利用锻造余热等温正火作为预先热处理的可行性和必要性。
after analyzing the influence of the methods of normalization and isothermal normalization utilizing the residual forging heat for automobile cemented gear rough, on it's structure, hardness, and distortion during cementation and quenching, as the pre-heat treatment, the feasibility and necessity of the method of isothermal normalization utilizing the residual forging heat for cemented gear roughs were determined.
