利用超声波强化煤泥浮选效果的研究

Research on Enhancement of Coal Slime Flotation Performance by Use of Ultrasonic Wave

以五种煤样为研究对象,研究了超声波对改善煤泥浮选效果的影响,通过大量试验得出五种煤样处理所需的最佳条件。针对有的煤样经超声波处理后精煤产率有所降低的实际情况,指出不同煤样应选择不同的超声浮选工艺条件。

Research works have been done on 5 sorts of coal sample to determine the improvement in performance of flotation of coal slime that is treated by ultrasonic wave.The optimum ultrasonic conditions required for treating the 5 sorts of coal sample have been obtained from the test.Since there is somewhat reduction in clean coal yield achieved from flotation of coal slime that was treated by ultrasonic wave,different coal sample must be treated under different ultrasonic wave condition.
