新型乳化浮选药剂在煤泥浮选中的应用

Application of Novel Emulsified Flotation Reagent in Coal Slime Flotaton

利用一种自主开发的新型乳化剂乳化柴油,并将其作为捕收剂进行了浮选试验,试验结果表明,这种乳化剂是一种良好的浮选助剂,用其乳化柴油不仅稳定性好,浮选油耗少,而且显著改善煤泥的浮选效果。

Diesel oil is emulsified by use of a newly developed emulsifier and the emulsified diesel oil is used as a collector in coal flotation test.The results from the tests indicate that the emulsifier is a sort of flotation aids with a favourable performance.The diesel oil emulsified with the emulsifier not only gives a stable performance,low oil consumption in flotation but also remarkably improves coal slime flotation performance.
