摘要
亚里士多德是古希腊法治思想的集大成者,他的法治思想对其以后法律思想的发展,文艺复兴和18世纪欧洲启蒙运动产生了极为深远的影响。本文对亚里士多德的法治思想进行了阐释和解读,从法治精神的角度进行了新的理解,并进一步对其法治思想进行了历史功绩的评述,从而得出对当前中国建设法治国家的几点启示。
Aristotle was the representative in the thought of government by law in ancient Greece, and his thought had a far-reaching effect to the development of law thought, including the Renaissance and the Enlightenment. This essay analyses Aristotle＇s law thought, and illustrates it from a new angle, summarizes his historical feat and finally puts forward some suggestions on Chinese law construction.
