摘要
用玻璃布作为固定化酶的载体,以戊二醛为交联剂,把脲酶固定在这种载体上而制成固定化脲酶膜电极;同时,研究了这种电极的响应时间、恢复时间、尿素浓度线性范围、最低检测限以及温度和PH值对电极响应的影响。
A new kind of urease electrode with glass cloth as an enzyme carrier and glutaraldehyde as a cross-linking agent is described and the properties of this kind of urease electrode, including response time, recovery time, linear range of urea concentration, minimum detectable concentration of urea and the influences of temperature as well as pH value on the response of the electrode, are shown.
