摘要
本工作发现,68个S1背根节(DRG)神经元暨被阴部神经(Pu)刺激又被盆神经(Pe)刺激激动。Pu刺激引起的反应的平均传导速度(38.1M/s)显著快于Pe引起的平均传导速度(21.8M/s).Pu与Fe刺激引起的锋电位相互碰撞。结果提示,躯体与内脏输入可经其分叉的外周实在单个A型DRG神经元上会聚。
A total of 68 S1 dorsal root ganglion (DRG) neurons in Wistar rats were found to be activated by stimulation of both pudendal (Pu) and Pelvic (Pe) nerve' The mean conduction velocity of Pn stimulation elicited responses (38.1 M/ s) was significantly faster than that of Pe induced ones (21.8 M/ s). The Pu and Pe stimulation evoked spikes were reciprocally collided. These results indicate that both somatic and visceral input may converge on single type A DRG neurons via their dichotomizing peripheral processes.
