摘要
事先短暂的缺血或轻度重复俄氧处理可触发或动员机体内在的防护能力,从而对随后的重度缺血或低氧损伤产生强大的防御和保护作用。本文综述了有关这种预适应的效应和机制。在进一步揭示予处理机制的基础上,可望对缺血性或低氧性疾患的防治提出新的策略和措施。
An inner ability of organism to protect itself can be triggered or motivated by pretreatment of brief intsrmittent ischemia or repetitive slight hypoxia and a powerful defence and protection from severe injury of successive ischemia or hypoxia can thus be achieved' Effects of the preconditioning and its mechanisms are reviewed in the present article. A kind of novel strategy and method, based on the further insight into the preconditioning, is highly expected in the futore in prevention and cure of ischemic or hypoxic diseases.
