川白芷胚胎发育时期蛋白质的动态变化

Changes of Protein Content During Embroy Developing in Angelica dahurica(Fishch.) Benth. et Hook

通过石蜡切片,汞-溴酚蓝染色,在显微镜下系统观察了川白芷胚胎发育时期蛋白质的动态变化.结果表明:在受精后1-16d,蛋白质积累逐渐增多,且胚细胞中的蛋白质含量的增加明显快于珠被;合点端细胞中蛋白质很明显,珠孔端蛋白质少于合点端;第17d后,胚和珠被的蛋白质含量逐渐下降.

Dynamic variation of proteins during embryo developing in Angelica dahurica （Fishch） Benth. et Hook was observed by the numbers under optical microscope （OLMPUS-CX21） by paraffin slice and Mercury-bromophenol blue dyeing. The results suggested that the accumulation of protein increased gradually from 1 to 16 day after fertilization and the increase of protein in the cell of embryo sac was apparently quicker than in the carrinuceller;the protein in the cell of chalaza was very clear and the protein at micropyle was fewer than chalaza; the content of protein in embryo sac and carrinuceller decreased gradually after 17 days.
