摘要
以冬小麦全草为主要原料制成低热量、富含粗纤维的具有保健功能的麦绿素。试验结果表明:采用生长期196d的冬小麦草,80℃~90℃热水处理30s、冷冻干燥工艺,效果最好。
The wheat grass powder made from fresh whole winter wheat grass. When the winter wheat grass grown 196 d was treated 30 s with 80℃ - 90℃ water and then freeze-dried, the result was the best.
