摘要
本文采用HRP逆行追踪与顺行演变结合法,在电镜下对猫三叉直系终末与丘脑皮质投射神经元之间的突触联系型式进行了研究。结果证明,在猫丘脑腹后内侧核内,三叉丘系终末可以形成轴一树、轴一体等单突触联系。在该核内还可见到许多汇聚型突触复合体,其中央树突周围围绕有许多轴突终末或突触前树突。本文认为猫丘脑腹后内侧核内的这种汇聚型突触复台体是不同来源、不同性质的神经冲动通过不同传入途径汇聚于同一神经元的形态学基础。
The synaptic relationships between the trigeminothalamic terminals and thalamocortical relay neurons were investigated in the ventroposteromedial thalamic nucleus of the cat. A double anterograde degener ating combined with HRP retrograde tracing electron microscopical method was used in the present study. The results showed that in the ventroposteromedial thalamic nucleus of the cat, the trigeminothalamic terminals can monosynaptically contact with thalamocortical relay neurons. Numerous convergent synaptic complexes were found in the ventroposteromedial thalamic nucleus, in which a central dendrite was surrounded by axon terminals or presynaptic dendrites. These synaptic complexes are thought to be the structural basis for the convergence of information from different sources.
