摘要
本文采用流动相离子色谱法(MPIC)对影响SO_4^(2-)、S_2O_3^(2-)和S_nO_6^(2-)(n=2~5)的容量因子的各种因素进行了较系统的研究和讨论,选出了分离测定这些离子的最佳色谱条件。在l6min内可完全分离,检测极限在μg/ml~ng/ml级。实验证明,这是一个对无机硫阴离子比较快速、灵敏、准确的色谱分析方法。
The effects of various factors on the capacity factors of SO_4^(2-), S_2O_3^(2-) and SnO_6^(2-) (n =2~5) were investigated and discussed systematically by mobile phase ion chromatography. The optimal chromatographic conditions for the separation and determination of these anions were obtained. The separation time is 16 minutes. The detection limits are at μg/ml~ng/ml levels. This is a comparatively fast, sensitive and accurate method for the chromatographic analysis of inorganic sulfur anions.
