摘要
科学的评价方法是客观测度区域创新系统绩效的前提和基础。在分析区域创新系统绩效测度方法问题的基础上,选取测度指标,运用因子分析法对区域创新绩效进行实证研究,并得出结果。
Scientific evaluation method is the premise and foundation of measuring the regional innovation system performance objectively. Base on analyzing the research measures on the innovation performance, we＇ ve screened out the major indexes of regional innovation performance and used the factor analytic method to do the real diagnosis researches. At last we obtained a more reasonable result.
