摘要
采用缩合/铁碳微电解/电催化氧化/沉淀/多效蒸发联合工艺处理硝基氯苯胺生产废水,废水中的氯化铵经回收后可用于配制氨水,整个工艺流程可实现废水零排放且具有运行稳定、易操作管理、占地少等特点,达到了预期的处理效果。
The combined process of condensation, iron-carbon micro-electrolysis, electrocatalytic oxidation, sedimentation and multi-effect evaporation was used to treat nitrochloroaniline production wastewater. Ammonium chloride in the wastewater can be recovered to prepare ammonia water. The whole technological process can realize wastewater zero discharge and is characterized by stable operation, easy operation and management, small land area occupied etc. The expected treatment effect has been obtained.
