冶钢集团治理钢渣的循环经济学思考

Recycle economy of the utilization of steel-slag in Daye Steel Group Co.Ltd

循环经济是一种以资源的高效利用和循环利用为核心,以减量化、再利用、再循环”为原则,以低消耗、低排放、高效率为基本特征,符合可持续发展理念的经济增长模式。本文以冶钢集团对钢渣的处理和利用为例,说明冶钢集团钢渣的特点、处理方法以及处理终产物的利用,尝试性地从循环经济学角度对钢渣的资源化策略提出了新的建议,并对其可行性、开发利用策略进行了初步探讨。

Recycle economy is cored with high efficiency and recycle of resource with the characteristic of low - expenditure, low -drainage and high efficiency in the principle of reduce, reuse, and recycle which is conformed to the concept of sustained development. This paper examines Daye Steel Group Co. Ltd to give a general idea about the characteristics, disposal and utilization of the steel - slag. Meanwhile, it tentatively advances several suggestions to the recycle of steel - slag produced by Daye Steel Group Co. Ltd from the view of recycle economy and discusses the feasibility and tactics of utilization.
