Evaluation of Carry-home Rapid Test Card for ABO Blood Groups

目的评估便携式ABO血型快速检测卡检测血型的准确性。方法分别应用便携式ABO血型快速检测卡及常规血型鉴定方法检测1250例患者血型,比较两种方法的一致性;观察快速检测卡鉴定血型时红细胞凝集反应强度。结果ABO血型快速检测卡检测结果与常规血型鉴定方法符合率为100.0%(1250/1250)。应用快速检测卡检测血型,O型、A型、B型和AB型红细胞凝集反应强度为2+～3+级,分别为96.5%(386/400)、98.1%(368/375)、97.8%(318/325)和98.0%(147/150)。结论便携式ABO血型快速检测卡适用于常规血型鉴定,更适合非输血专业人员平时备用和现场及时使用。

Objective To assess the accuracy of the rapid test card for ABO blood groups. Methods 1250 patients were tested by the routine blood group examination method and rapid test card. The results of two methods were compared. And the intensity of the agglutination reaction of red blood cells was observed. Results The agreement between two methods was 100.0%（1 250/1 250）,The intensity of the agglutination reaction from 2＋to 3＋ occupied 96. 5%（386/400）in O type,98.1% in A type,97.8% in B type,and 98.0% in AB type respectively. Conclusions The rapid test card is used not only for conventional blood group test but also for nonprofessional person in blood transfusion in normal time or used in time in the scene.
