摘要
考察一种新的改性手段—机械力化学法对光催化剂TiO2的改性效果。试用高能球磨将Fe(OH)3对TiO2进行了改性处理,XRD、FT-IR对改性样品进行了结构分析;并以亚甲基蓝为模型化合物对其进行光催化降解实验,考察了球磨时间、掺杂量及溶液pH对光催化性能的影响。结果表明:通过机械能的作用,TiO2得到有效的改性,与改性前相比,其光催化活性得到较大提高。
Attempting to study the effect of modifying by a new mechanochemstry means, the authors modified photocatalyst TiOz by using high energy ball milling, characterized the samples by means of XRD. FT-IR, experimented with photocatalytic degradation of the model compounds of methylene Blue, and studied respectively the effect of grinding-time, different amount of doping and the influence of pH on photocatalytic performance of titania. The result shows that TiO2 was modified efficiently in mechanical energy processing and its photocatalvtic performance got improved greatly.
