摘要
韩愈不讳言功利乃至“私利”,在个人权利基础上倡言“公利”,以“爱而宜”、“爱而公”作为“义”、“利”关系的总体原则,对传统的“义”、“利”关系理论有所推进,具有重要的理论价值。宋明理学家对韩愈义利观的接受与批判,对韩愈的学说有所深化,但也在不同程度上有所消解。梳理上述理论范畴的发展演变,对于把握华夏文明近现代转型的价值取向,具有重要的参考价值。
Han Yu, dating to speak up utility even" expedience" ,proposed that "public welfare" should be thought of on the base of personal rights and interests. He advocated that the general principle of the relationship between "justice" and "benefits" is that "love with restraint" and "love but public welfare should be upheld". Since that,the traditional theories on the relationship were put forward. The principle was accepted and , meanwhile, criticized by the scholars of Song and Ming Neoeoufueaianism who deepened and as well as decreased the theories to a certain degree. If the evolution of the above theories can be made clear, it will be helpful for us to understand the shifts of the ancient Chinese civilization and value orientation in modem times.
