摘要
根据《规程》规定,以及教育部本科教学水平评估指标的要求,结合近二十年参考咨询服务工作的发展,探讨参考咨询服务的具体服务内容与模式。
Accorrding to the provisions of the Common University and College Library Rules and the Ministry of Education＇ s undergraduate teaching evaluation requirement, based on the development of reference services in the past 20 years, the author explores the specific services and model of the referential service.
