改性电流变液的制备和性能测试

摘要 电流变液是一种极具发展前景的智能材料,在工程领域的应用十分广泛。采用溶胶凝胶法制备了稀土改性TiO2固体粒子作为电流变液的分散相,以二甲基亚砜为添加剂的201#甲基硅油为电流变液的基础液配制了一种高性能的改性电流变液体。分别测试了不同TiO2体积分数和不同添加剂含量的电流变液体性能,分析了其成因,得出了加入适量稀土改性TiO2和添加剂的电流变液具有明显电流变效应的结论。 Electrorheological fluid is a very promising smart material, can be applied widely in engineering domain. Using the way of Sol - gel, preparing fine powder of electrorheological fluid, using dimethyl silicone oil with of modified titania doped by La as the dispersed phase the additive of dimethyl sulphoxide as the base fluid, confecting a kind of electrorheological fluid. And tesing the property of electrorheological fluid with the different percent of TiO2 or additive, and analyzing the cause of formation, drawing the conclusion that electrorheological fluid with the appropriate powder of modified TiO2 or additive have obvious electrorheological effect.
