职业教育应对农村剩余劳动力转移的调查思考——山西农业大学太原园艺学院实证分析

Probes into Vocational Education Meeting the Change of Surplus Rural Labor——Analysis of the Example of Taiyuan Gardening College of Shanxi Agricultural University

山西农业大学太原园艺学院是山西省剩余劳动力转移培训基地,利用自身优势对太原市农村剩余劳动力进行相关培训,取得了一定的成绩。文章在调查分析的基础上,提出了职业教育应对剩余劳动力转移的具体措施。

Taiyuan Gardening College of Shanxi Agricultural University is the train base of surplus labor change of Shanxi Province and has dane some relative training for rural surplus labor making use of its advantages and got some achievements. This article has proposed some measures based on the above analysis.
