Initial public offering underprieing is a common phenomenon in developing stock market. In the article, the writer gathers the data of thirty companies＇ stocks, uses Eviews and Excel in the principle of econometrics, and proves that there is a phenomenon of initial pubhe offering underprieing in Shanghai stock market. At the same time, the writer analyzes and forecasts the phenomenon of initial public offering underprieing, and gives some references to people.
