摘要
随着激光技术的发展,激光打标机的应用也越来越广泛。驱动电路是激光打标机中的重要部分,如何提高与完善驱动电路的性能指标成为时下研究的重点。该文介绍了一种声光Q开关线性大功率驱动器的研制过程,其中包含了振荡器、隔离缓冲器、驱动级功放和末级功放等电路的工作原理、设计方法、软件仿真及制作测试,以及在研制过程中的收获和经验。
With the development of laser technology, Laser marking machine is being used more and more widely. Driving circuits are necessary for laser marking machine. How to enhance the circuits' performance is becoming the emphases of present research. One kind of acousto-optic Q switch Linear great power driver is introduced in the article, which contains work principle, design method, software simulation and test for oscillator, isolated buffer, drive power amplifier (PA) and final PA and so on. The experience in the producing procedure is also presented.
