摘要
准静态电荷放大器是压电传感器测试和标定系统的重要组成部分。为了对差动式压电六维力传感器做进一步的深入研究,该文对“力电”准静态电荷放大器进行了较深入的研究,推导了实现准静态电荷放大器的相关技术参数,制作了准静态电荷放大器,并将实验测试的下限频率与现有电荷放大器在同等条件下的低频下限进行了对比,实验结果达到了设计要求。
The quasi-static charge amplifier is the important component part of piezodielectric sensor testing and calibrating system. At present , for the homeowner quasi-static charge amplifier can't satisfied with the factual condition ,so the products almost come from overseas manufacturer. In order to further studies on the difference six-axis piezoelectricity force sensor, we have researched in depth of the "force voltage" charge amplifier, and have deduced its quasi-static qualifications, according to these qualifications, the design and manufacturing of the fundamen- tal testing experiment with the quasi-static charge amplifier was completed. Compared with the common product, the testing results of lower limit frequency showed that this device could measure with the design demand.
