摘要 研究了压电陶瓷(PZT)驱动电源对不规则信号的动态响应特性。以正弦信号为输入信号研究了此驱动电源的频率响应特性,当输入信号频率在0~10kHz范围内时,失真度不超过3.19%;以矩形波信号为输入信号研究了此驱动电源动态响应速度,输出方波的上升和下降时间仅为4.6μs和18.4μs。结果表明,PZT驱动电源对不规则信号具有良好的动态响应特性,响应频带宽,速度快,适用于超高速主动锁模光纤激光器的腔长补偿控制系统。 We studied the dynamic response characteristics of the PZT driver response for the irregular signals. When the frequency of the input sinusoid signal is in the range of 0-10 kHz, the distortion of the output signal is less than 3.19%. The rise-time and the fall-time were only 4.6 μs and 18.4 μs respectively when rectangular signal was inputted. The results show that the PZT driver has wonderful dynamic response characteristics for irregular signals, and the frequency range is wide and the response speed is very fast, so it is suitable to be applied to the ultrafast actively mode locked fiber laser system.
