摘要
以液压AGC系统为研究对象,建立了一种全面而且有利于分析轧制过程中各因素对轧制精度影响的动态仿真模型。通过对轧机液压AGC系统参数仿真,表明各主要参数变化对系统动态参数的影响,进而影响了轧制板厚,为液压AGC系统设计提供了基础。
A comprehensive dynamic simulation model which is favarable for analyzing rolling process was built. According to the simulation of mill hydraulic AGC system parameter, every main parameter variation can affect the dynamic parameter of the system, so the sheet thickness is affected, which provides a basis for designing of hydraulic AGC system.
