摘要
结合应用还原催化和金汞齐富集技术,提出了测定化妆品中痕量汞的冷原子吸收法。由于催化消除了有机干扰气的影响而避免了样品的消化过程,因此分析便易,整个分析时间仅为5min,本法灵敏、精确,可检出样品中含量低至lng/g的汞,精密度(RSD)5.5%。回收率81.5~103.9%。
A system of reducing and catalytic technique for the determination of mercury in cosmetics by atomic absorption method with catalytic technique is introduced. Thus a procedure of digestion in the old method can be avoided, The organlc interferential gases could be removed by catalytic procedure. Some studies and tests on the behaviour of mercury in cosmetics and factors of interference in the procedure of determination were also carried out. This method is sensitive, accurate and easy to operate, the whole operation time is only 5 minutes. The detection limit is 1 ng/g, the precision is 5.5% and the recovery is 81.5~ 103.9%.
