针对近些年来中国就业市场上大学生找“工作难”与用人单位“招工难”并存的现象,分析了大学生就业难以及技工短缺的诸多因素,并提出了解决这一现象的行之有效的方法。

In view of the phenomena of the difficulty of university students getting employed and the crisis of the shortage of technical workers in China recently, the article analyzes many factors of the university students getting employed difficulties in job-hunting process as well as the shortage of technical workers. Besides,it also points out the effective methods to solve the phenomena.
