摘要
目的:为选择性脊神经后根切断术提供后根分束的解剖学基础.方法:对30例(60侧)成人尸体胸部脊神经后根的自然分束和后根间神经纤维的联系进行了解剖学观测.结果:(1)一条脊神经后根有4~6根神经小束组成,然后形成2~4根神经亚束,最后形成上、下2股神经束.(2)后根间神经纤维联系出现率为55.4%,根据形状,可分为5型,根据位置,可分为3类.结论:胸部脊神经后根各级神经分束较易分离,神经纤维联系较为简单,有利于临床医生进行选择性脊神经后根切断术.
Objective:To provide anatomic basis of the thoracic dorsal root for selective posterior rhizotomy . Methods: The rootlets of the thoracic dorsal roots and the conjoint nerve roots were observed under microscope in 30 dessected cervical specimens. Results: ( 1 ) Each dorsal roots has 4 ~ 6 rootlets and formed 2 ~ 4 subbundles, and formed 2 superior - inferior arranged bundle; (2) Occurrence rates of the conjoint nerve roots were 55.4%, according to the shape of conjoint nerve roots, it could be divided into 5 types, according to the location of conjoint nerve roots, it was divided into 3 types. Conclusion: rootlets of the thoracic dorsal root were separated easily, conjoint nerve roots were simpler.
