血清S100b蛋白在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病早期含量变化及其临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨血清S100b蛋白对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)早期诊断的临床意义。方法:检测65例HIE患儿在出生后24h、72h血清S100b蛋白的含量,并与同期50例正常新生儿血清S100b蛋白含量相比较。结果:HIE组在出生24h、72h血清S100b蛋白含量明显高于对照组,差异有显著意义(P<0.01);轻度HIE组与中度HIE组在出生24h、72h血清S100b蛋白含量差异有显著意义(P<0.01),中度HIE组与重度HIE组在出生24h、72h血清S100b蛋白含量差异有显著意义(P<0.01),血清S100b蛋白含量与HIE脑损伤程度呈正相关。结论:早期检测HIE患儿血清中S100b蛋白含量对HIE早期诊断及病情程度判定具有一定应用价值。 Objective :To explove the clinical significance of serum S100b protein on newborns with Hypoxic -ischemic Encepha lopathy (HIE) in early diagnosis. Methods:Content of serum S100b protein of 65 HIE infants 24 hours and 72hours after birth was measured, and compared to 50 normal newborns. Results :Content of serum s100b protein of the HIE group 24 hours and 72 hours ofter birth was significantly higher than the content of the control group and difference was significant ( P 〈 0.01 ). The difference of content of serum S100b protein was significant between the mild. HIE group and the mederate HIE group( P 〈 0.01 ). The difference of content of serum S100b protein was sigllificant between the moderate HIE group and the serious HIE group( P 〈 0.01 ). The content of serum S100b protein was positive eorrelations with HIE severity of brain damage. Conclusions:Early measure of the content of serum S100b protein of HIE infants had eertain clinical value to the early diagnosis of HIE and the severity of illness's determination.
