摘要
从人血清、血浆、乳汁等体液中萃取出游离脂肪酸与酯化态脂肪酸混合物,经薄层层析分离、甲酯化后,以十五(烷)酸作内标进行GC/MS定量测定,获得游离脂肪酸谱(Free Fatty Acid Profiles)。
The mixture of free fatty acids and esterified fatty acids was extracted from body fluids such as serum, plasma and milk after adding pentadecanoic acid as the internal standard. Free fatty acids were separated by thinlayer chromatography. After they were esterified with methyl alcohol, free fatty acid profiles were determined quantitatiely by GC-MS.
