本文从新时期提高为兵服务质量的具体实践出发,探讨了新时期为兵服务的有效措施:抓教育引导,培养为兵服务感情;抓业务素质,提高为兵服务能力;抓服务质量,确保为兵服务效益。
The author discussed the effective measure to improve service quality in new period as cultivating sensation of serving for the soldiers with education and guidance, improving service ability by improving operation lever, ensuring service benefit with high service quality.
