随着医院经济的市场化和医疗市场竞争的逐渐加剧,医院财务管理在医院整体经营管理中的重要性日益突出;不断加强医院的财务管理,提高财务管理的水平,对于医院领导者进行科学决策,保证医院的健康蓬勃发展,具有非常重要的现实意义。结合当前医疗市场的发展变化,我们认为可以从强化医院预算管理、完善医院财务制度、提高医院财务工作人员素质、加强医院全面成本核算和强化医院财务监管五个方面入手,在预算上统筹兼顾,在制度上严格规范,在人员上强化培训,在成本上科学核算,在监管上加大力度,进一步提高医院财务管理的效能,提高医院整体的经营管理水平。

With the marketization of hospital economic, hospital finance management becomes more and more important in a much more competitive medical market. Enhancing the hospital finance management and improving the level of hospital finance management increasingly are of much sense for the hospital managers to make decisions and ensure the healthy development of the hospital. The author recommended that it was feasible to improve the ability of the hospital in finance management by intensifying the budget management, completing hospital finance management system, improving the capability of the finance staffs, enhancing the cost accounting and strengthening the finance supervision.
