摘要
在非简谐效应下,把势能U(r0+δ)相对于平衡位置r0用泰勒级数展开,保留到δ3项与保留到δ4项时,晶体的线膨胀系数与温度的关系是不同的。以Zn,Cd,Co几种具有六角密积结构的金属晶体为例进行了讨论。
Under the presence of the nonharmic effect, expanding the potential energy U(r0 + δ) into Taylor series around the equilibrium to, it was found that the relation between linear expansion coefficient and temperature T with U(r0 +δ) of the terms up to theδ^3 is different from the one with U(r0 + δ) of the terms up to thetδ^4. Several crystals with hop structure such as Zn, Cd, Co were taken for example to discuss the linear expansion coefficient, and the terms up to δ^4 must be included in the expansion formula of Taylor series at least.
