摘要
非金属掺杂是在不降低紫外光活性的同时实现二氧化钛可见光响应的较好方法。对TiO2掺杂氮、硫、氟、碳的研究进行了评述。
The ion doping using nonmetal elements is a promising method to realize the visible-light activity of titania on the basis of maintaining, its photocatalytic activity of ultraviolet light. The research progress on the ion doping with nitrogen, carbon, sulfur and fluorine to prepare visible-light titania were reviewed.
