摘要
以流速0.8ml·min-1,3.2mmol·L-1Na2CO3和1.0mmol·L-1NaHCO3混合液为流动相,在ASUPPA5-250型阴离子分离柱上分离,采用带电导检测器的离子色谱仪对中药当归中六种阴离子进行分离测定,该方法具有良好的线性,相关系数为0.9987-0.9998,RSD<1.92%。
A simple and rapid method for the determination of six inorganic anions in Angelicasinensis（Oliv.）Diels by ion-chromatography（IC） with conductivity detector was studied. All these anions were separated on A SUPPA 5-250 column using a mixed solution of 3.2 mmol·L^-1 Na2CO3 and 1.0 mmol·L^-1 NaHCO3 as eluant. The method has good linearity with correlation coefficients between 0.9987-0.9998 and relative standard deviations lower than 1.92%.
