壳低聚糖十二烷基苯磺酸盐的制备及活性

Synthesis and toxicity testing on phytopathogens of the dodecylbenzenesulfonic salt of chitooligosaccharide

摘要 以壳低聚糖和十二烷基苯磺酸为原料,反应合成了一种壳低聚糖的盐,通过1H-NMR、FT-IR和UV光谱对产物进行了分析表征,并测定了产物对3种植物病原真菌的抑制作用。结果表明,产物是以盐的形式存在,对植物病原真菌具有较好的抑制作用,其EC50均远小于壳低聚糖。 A derivative of chitooligosaccharide (COS) has been synthesized through the reaction of COS and dodecylbenzenesulfonic acid (LAS). The product (L-C) was characterized by ^1H-NMR, FT-IR and UV spectroscopy, and its toxicity on three phytopathogens was also tested. The results demonstrated that the product salt, has a satisfactory inhibition effect on the phytopathogens, with EC50 values for the three phytopathogens far lower than those with COS itself.
