纳米螺旋碳纤维表面化学镀Ni-Co-B涂层研究 被引量:8

摘要 利用铁片试样研究以二甲基胺硼烷为还原剂的化学镀Ni-Co-B合金涂层的工艺,考察了还原剂、金属盐浓度之比、pH值对化学镀反应沉积速率的影响。利用优化的工艺配方在经过敏化、活化处理后的纳米螺旋碳纤维表面沉积Ni-Co-B合金涂层。采用等离子发射光谱仪(ICP)分析涂层成分,利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察涂层形貌,利用振动样品磁强计测试涂层磁学性能(VSM)。结果表明:在纳米螺旋碳纤维表面获得了连续、均匀的Ni-Co-B合金涂层,材料磁性明显改善。 The process of electroless Ni-Co-B alloy plating on iron was investigated by using dimethylamine borane (DMAB) as a reducing agent. The effects of the concentration of reducing agent and Co-SO4/(COSO4 + NiSO4) ratio, bath pH on deposition rate were studied. Ni-Co-B alloy coatings were deposited on the sensitized and activated carbon nanofibers by using the optimized bath composition of this technology . The composition of the coatings was analyzed by inductively coupled plasma (ICP). The morphology of the coatings was observed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The magnetic properties of the coatings were measured by vibration magnetometer (VSM). The results show that continuous and uniform Ni-Co-B alloy coatings can be deposited on the helical carbon nanofibers. The magnetic property of the coated carbon nanofibers was greatly improved.
