摘要
大叶白麻是一种重要的中草药,其叶片槲皮素等黄酮类物质具有多重生理活性,在日本和我国新疆地区广为利用,但对其有效成分空间差异的研究却鲜有报道,因此该资源的利用过程中存在一定的盲目性。本研究采集不同产地处于花期的野生大叶白麻叶片,利用紫外可见分光光度法测定总黄酮含量,利用高效液相色谱法测定槲皮素的含量。实验结果表明不同种群的大叶白麻叶片中槲皮素与总黄酮的含量均呈现显著的地理差异,槲皮素与总黄酮含量最高的为新疆库尔勒种群,含量最低者为新疆阿克苏种群。建议在资源植物大叶白麻的开发与利用时,既要考虑种群的数量优势,也应重视其种群间客观存在的品质差异。
Poacynum hendersohnii (Hook. f. ) Woodson has been used for traditional herbal medicine in Japan and Xinjiang, China for a long time since there is quercetin and other flavonoids in its leaves. Although there were many researches about its pharmaceutic effects, little was known about the difference in content of quercetin and total flavonoids of P. hendersonii among different populations. So the aim of this study was to evaluate the quality difference of the traditional herbal medicine from different geographical populations. Results showed that there was significant difference in quality of the traditional remedy among the populations, and the optimal population was Kuerle in Xinjiang province with highest content of both quercetin and total flavonoids. It was suggested that both quantity and quality of Poacynum pictum should be taken into account when the resources plant was utilized.
