摘要
选用两只两岁的甘肃高山细毛羯羊,装置永久性瘤胃瘘管,羊只牧放在人工草地上,自由采食红豆草,用氨气敏电极测定了绵羊瘤胃液中的游离氨,并作了回收试验。平均回收率为101.1±2.1%,相对标准偏差为2.0%。还测定了绵羊瘤胃液中NH_3-N含量的日动态变化,羊Ⅰ和羊Ⅱ每100ml瘤胃液中NH_3-N含量分别变动在19.1~24.2和20.9~26.0mg之间。
Two Gansu alpine fine wool sheep, two years old, with chronic ruminal cannulae were used for the expriment, when they were grazed in artifical grassland and consumed Onobrychis viciaefolia scop. Ammonia gas-sensing electrode was used to determine free ammonia in rumen fluid(RF) of fistulated sheep. A day-night dynamic variation of NH_3-N content in rumenfluid is in the range of 19. 1~24.2 mg/100ml and 20.9~26.0 mg/100ml respectively. The recovery rate of the method is 101.1±2.1%, the relative standard deviation is 2.0%.
