摘要
以衡平和修复为核心思想的恢复性司法在加强被害人保护、促进社会和谐方面有着传统司法所不及的优势,也有其自身的局限性。恢复性司法是一种全新的思维与做法,也对我国被害人权利保护具有启示意义。
Despite its disadvantages, restorative justice deeming balance and restoration as its essence, has some advantages in protecting victims and promoting social harmonies when compared with the traditional criminal justice. Restorative justice is a brand-new thinking and protection which is enlightening in the protection of victims＇ rights.
