摘要
针对经济全球化进程中,环境可持续性对企业竞争力带来的深远影响,提出建立基于环境可持续性的企业战略绩效管理体系。它融合了平衡计分卡及环境绩效评价体系,能全面地对企业的业绩实施战略管理。同时,还引入模糊加权平均模型对企业的绩效进行具体计算,从而帮助企业找出运作上的弊端所在,不断提高企业竞争力。
With the fast progression of globalization, environmental sustainability has become more and more important to the competences of all the companies. So we develop a strategic performance management system based on environmental sustainability to incorporate its salient role. It has combined the balanced scorecard and the environmental performance system, which can measure a company's overall performance. We also use fuzzy synthetic evaluation model to calculate an assumptive company's performance so as to illustrate how to use this system to improve a company's performance.
