高校招生公平问题,是教育公平的重要内容,通过从三个方面(即技术控制减少人为因素干扰、信息及时、准确、完整地公开)进行分析,得出录取方式的改变(即实施网上录取)最大程度地实现了招生工作公平进行的结论。

The question of the university recruitment＇s impartiality is the important content of the education impartiality. Through three aspect analysis such as reducing disturbance of human factor by the control of technology, the information being prompt, accurate and open. The conclusion can be drawn that the recruitment can be carried out fairly through the changed enrollment way（i, e. enrolling on net）.
