By the brief analysis of the conception of personality and the process attribute of P. E. teaching, the role of P. E. teachers personality in P. E. quality education is discussed P. E. teachers personality can stimulate and strengthen students＂ leaning motivation, improve teaching result and the teacher＇s prestige standing with the students; and promote the students＇ personality harmonious development. It is helpful for the formation of their own teaching style and affecting the teaching attitude of P. E. teachers.
