摘要
课堂教学管理是现代教学论研究的一个基本理论问题。管理与教学相伴而生,相互促进,相互制约。课堂教学管理史应遵循人本主义的管理理念,以教育的科学发展观为指导,运用心理学、社会学、文化学、管理学和生态学的跨学科知识进行管理,并在此基础上建构较为完善的课堂教学管理创新策略体系。
The research on the class teaching management is quite an important part in the system of instruction science. It is concomitant between the teaching and class management, promoting and restricting each other. This article takes the new curriculum and scientific developing concept as the instruction to deeply find out the innovation management strategy of class teaching.
